GENERAL SURVEY INFORMATION

This survey seeks to understand how your neighbourhood’s design affects how easy or difficult it is to be active – whether travelling to places or being active for recreation.

This survey comprises of the following sub-sections:

• Questions about your neighbourhood
• Your physical activity
• Demographics

The survey consists of 24 questions and is anticipated to take 15 to 20 minutes to complete.  All data collected through this survey will be kept confidential. 

Residents living within approximately 800m to 1km of the Spring Lake Village or the Spring Mountain Village (e.g., within a 10 to 15-minute walk / a few minutes drive) are eligible and encouraged to complete this survey (see highlighted areas in the below maps).
